Lincoln and Berry sources its olive oil exclusively from West Coast Products, an olive grower, producer, and processor in Northern California. Since 1937, this family-owned grove has produced pure, simple, premium California olive oil with a commitment to freshness. Today, the oil meets the highest standards of California state certification.

The olives are grown on 7,000 trees on an 88-acre orchard in Corning, in California’s northern Central Valley. They are processed in Orland, CA. The orchard and processing plant is owned and operated by the DeCamilla brothers - Mark, David and J.B. We deal directly with JB and his wife, Jeanne. 

Our olive oil is cold pressed within 90 minutes of harvest for a tree-to-table freshness you can taste and certified “extra virgin” by the California Olive Oil Council. When you purchase olive oil with the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) Seal of Certification, you know you are buying the best extra virgin olive oil made in California. Using stricter standards than international requirements, only the best California olive oils qualify for COOC certification. 

Our olives and olive oil are not certified organic. Best practices are used in growing and processing: no pesticides are used on our trees and no lye or dye in our processing of olives. The only pest to our trees is the olive fly that is treated with a molasses mixture to smother the larvae. We do use a nitrogen fertilizer to maintain the health of our trees.
