Smoked Sockeye Salmon Jerky made with premium sides of the freshest Sockeye Salmon available. The sides are cut into a traditional Alutiiq type of strip, they are then brined in brownsugar and sea salt, after being brined the strips are carefully racked and topped off with a light sprinkle of malabar pepper. The strips are slowly cold smoked over a native island alderwood blend and dried for a savory/sweet flavor and unique texture.
